Submitting an application does not guarantee appointment or work. Selection depends on current demand, route fit, compliance and suitability.

Wyvern Freight never charges a fee to list, approve or appoint a partner, and never asks for payment to secure loads.
Official communication only comes from @wyvernfreight.com addresses. If someone asks you to pay, or contacts you from another address in our name, report it through our Integrity Line.
Report a concernRegistered businesses and individual operators who provide transport, courier and delivery, fleet support, or hub and supply services connected to freight. Zimbabwean businesses come first, and we also consider providers who support our regional corridors.
Yes. Owner-operators and sole operators can register as individuals. The same standards for equipment, documents and safety apply, whatever the size of the fleet.
Providers based in other Southern African countries can register. Registering from another country does not mean we have work there: we match partners to the routes and corridors we actually run.
No. Registration and approval do not guarantee loads, volumes or a contract. Approved partners are contacted when suitable routes, loads or service needs arise.
It depends on your lane. Typically: business registration, operating permits and licences, vehicle or equipment details, driver licences and insurance where it applies. The registration form shows the exact list for the lane you choose. Please do not email documents to us.
Our team reviews your details, may ask for more information from an official @wyvernfreight.com address, and then tells you the outcome and any next steps. We do not commit to a fixed review time.
