ContentsAbout Wyvern Freight
This Manual has been prepared in accordance with section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), as amended.
It explains the records held by Wyvern Freight’s South African registered operation, how those records may be accessed, and how Wyvern Freight processes and protects personal information for purposes relevant to South African law.
PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information. In the case of a private body, a person may request access to a record where that record is required for the exercise or protection of a right, the procedural requirements of PAIA have been followed, and no lawful ground for refusing access applies.
